Try Blind Ice Hockey

Try blind ice hockey on 15th January!!
The session will focus mainly on introduction to the sport including the rules, how it is adapted for visual impairment, as well as the basics in skating, stick handling, passing, and shooting.
There will be coaches and volunteers on hand to keep things safe, guide players whilst getting ready and on the ice.
Basic equipment will be provided (skates, sticks, helmets) but if you have any of your own, feel free to bring it.
We will be on ice from 16.30 but we will be there from 16.00 to talk to participants and get ready. The event will end at 18.00.
The event will cost £10 to help cover the costs and help us build towards future events.
For those that cannot make it, we shall be holding other events in other locations as well as another one in Oxford on the 11th of March.
