Rooms are currently available Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm (3pm last booking). All rooms come with free Wi-Fi, limited parking or close access to Redbridge Park and Ride. We are situated next to a major bus stop serving Oxford City, Abingdon, Didcot and Reading, and a short bus journey or taxi ride from Oxford railway station. Refreshments are not included but you will have access to our small kitchen facilities. Please let us know if you need this in the comments section of the form.

Accessibility
Our space has been designed with access in mind. Our small and large meeting rooms are situated upstairs with lift access, blue badge parking is situated close to our entrance and there are grab rails throughout. Lighting levels can be adjusted to suit your needs. There are two accessible toilets, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
Parking
We have limited spaces available. For large groups we advise using the Redbridge Park and Ride, which is a short walk from our centre. We also have a cycle shed where you can store your bike securely, please notify a member of the team when you arrive if you’d like to use this.
Rooms
Perfect for large meetings, talks, training sessions and group meetings. Seats up to 25 around tables or 35 in rows. Take advantage of our multimedia screen, webcam and microphone to hold hybrid and virtual meetings and show your presentations or videos.
Price: £20 per hour
Suitable for board meetings, training sessions and groups, or one-to-one sessions where more space is required. Seats up to 18 around a table.
This room includes use of our multimedia suite, large screen TV, webcam and microphone all ready to use for virtual meetings or presentations.
Price: £15 per hour
Suitable for small meetings, one-to-one appointments, or interviews. Seats up to 8 around 2 tables. This room is also ideal for hot desk space.
Price: £10 per hour
NB: Only available Mondays and Thursdays
This room offers a one to one space ideal for counselling or one to one consultations. A perfect space in a warm and friendly environment.
