We are located at Bradbury Lodge, Gordon Woodward Way, Oxford OX1 4XL. There is limited parking on site. The office is along a main bus route from City Centre, Didcot, and Abingdon, as well as the Cowley area. We are also a couple blocks away from the Redbridge Park and Ride.

Your Appointment:
When you visit us, we start by getting to know you and understanding your visual impairment. We often share our experiences as we work on overcoming current challenges and work with you to understand how best we can support you, and your vision for your future.
We have a wide range of technology and equipment that can ease day-to-day life, but often it is the knowledge that there are solutions and possibilities for the future which make the biggest impact.
We offer knowledge and experience, as well as equipment which can be demonstrated and loaned to you. Your initial visit is important for us to gauge what support you may need and enables us to signpost relevant services and equipment.

What Happens Next:
We try to support all our clients with an individual approach. Everyone has different things that they need support with and we take that into account. After your appointment, we will work with you to figure out what works best for you and which services you would like to access, whether it’s accessing regular tech sessions, joining one of our local social groups, using our counselling services or any of our other services. Our goal is to support you on your journey.
