What happens in a one-to-one session?
When you visit us, we start by getting to know you and understanding your visual impairment. We often share our experiences as we work on overcoming current challenges and work with you to understand how best we can support you, and your vision for your future.
We have a wide range of technology and equipment that can ease day-to-day life, but often it is the knowledge that there are solutions and possibilities for the future which make the biggest impact.
We offer knowledge and experience, as well as equipment which can be demonstrated and loaned to you. Your initial visit is important for us to gauge what support you may need and enables us to signpost relevant services and equipment.
Sharing your story with someone who really understands can make a huge difference, that’s why we are here to support you.
