This report highlights our impact in the community in 2024/25. It covers our Green Walks programme, details on our work in technology training, and on building connections through befriending partnerships and peer support groups.
Green Walks
Connecting visually impaired people to local green spaces, tackling loneliness, wellbeing and self confidence.
Number of Green walks: 69.
Number of individuals who joined us on a walk: 85.
Total number of attendances on our walks: 336.

Technology
Helping combat the digital divide and increasing online connectivity

We have 13 Tech Buddy partnerships in regular contact

Building Connections
We have 59 Befriending Partnerships in regular contact.
We have 18 regular peer support groups across the county.
There were 167 counselling sessions, 200 hours.
