Your insights from this survey will directly inform our work, helping us better understand and address the needs within our community regarding wellbeing, lifestyle, and technology.
At MyVision, we are committed to making a real difference in the lives of visually impaired people in Oxfordshire. To achieve this, we need to hear directly from you. Our survey is designed to gather vital information about the daily realities of living with a visual impairment, focusing on three key areas that are central to our current efforts: wellbeing, lifestyle, and technology.

We want to understand what’s working well, what challenges you face, and how we can best support you to live a full and independent life.
While we’ve focused on specific areas to keep the survey concise, we’ve also included open-ended questions to ensure we capture your broader views and unique experiences.
What to Expect
The survey questions are organised into clear sections, allowing us to benchmark data where relevant. This will help us identify key trends and areas where our work can have the greatest impact. The survey itself will only take around 10 minutes to complete.

As a thank you for your time and valuable input, every completed survey offers you the chance to win a £50 voucher! (a choice of many popular brands). To ensure your anonymity on the survey itself, you will be invited to complete a separate, quick form with your contact details after submitting your responses. This keeps your survey answers completely confidential while still allowing you to enter the prize draw.

Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who complete the MyVision Survey in full, by the closing date. One entry per person. - How to Enter
To enter participants must fill out a separate form, completed after the survey has taken place, entries must be received by the survey closing date. - The Prize
One winner will receive a £50 voucher, redeemable with a choice of popular UK brands. The prize is non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. - Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date. The draw will be conducted fairly by a MyVision staff member. - Notification
The winner will be contacted using the details provided in the survey. If no response is received within 14 days, MyVision reserves the right to select an alternative winner. - Data Protection
All personal data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection law and our privacy policy. It will only be used to administer the prize draw and review survey responses. - Changes to the Prize Draw
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, MyVision may make reasonable changes to the prize draw. Any changes will be communicated clearly to participants. - Promoter
